The September 9 agreement would combine Alif’s microcontrollers and AI processors with Analog Devices’ sensing and signal-processing portfolio. The companies describe industrial systems, robotics and other devices that process sensor data locally as intended applications.
What should you keep in mind?
ADI says closing is expected before the end of 2026, subject to customary conditions and the applicable regulatory waiting period. Up to $200 million of contingent consideration may be paid. This is an agreed transaction, not a completed acquisition.
