What changed?
Users can start a task manually, schedule it or trigger it through a webhook. Completed work appears as unread output, while tasks that need a human decision move into a separate action queue, reducing the need to watch a live chat session.
AWS says the project can connect to MCP servers and Agent Skills and supports several model providers, including local models through Ollama. The company also says earlier internal versions were used by more than 2,000 people for work such as meeting preparation, drafting and research.
What should you keep in mind?
Pizza Bot is a community project rather than a managed AWS service. Anyone adopting it is responsible for deployment, backups, updates and the permissions granted to connected tools.
